All orders accepted by this business are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. I have made every attempt to ensure that all the Information on this website is legal, honest, accurate and up-to-date.

Buying Online:

Couldn't be simpler... Just browse the site and order the DVD package. Protx and Paypal sanction credit card payments. Once your order has been processed your package will be dispatched sameday if the order is received before 12 noon otherwise nextday (but please allow 2 days for delivery). Cheques, please allow 10 days. Postal Orders same-day dispatch. Your credit card will be charged in pounds sterling.

Are my Credit Card details safe?

Your credit card details are securely processed by Protx and Paypal

I do not receive any credit card information - only a confirmation that the transaction has been authorised.

Privacy Policy:

I hold your details under the Data Protection Act 1998. These are only used by me to dispatch your package and to tell you of future products. You can request removal of your details at anytime.

Refunds

As a consumer under the distance selling regulations you have the unconditional right to cancel an order.  You will be able to view and try the product. If you decide to cancel the order you must put this in writing within seven working days from the day after that on which the goods were received.  Goods must be returned in a resalable state to our address.  Refunds will be processed within 30 days (money back guarantee) of receiving the written notice. *Similarly, with the coaching programme the service will commence, as soon as you receive a confirmation email securing your place and the domain name is registered.
